She writes about ongoing career issues for adults such as diversity, gender, going freelance, setting up a business, time management, workplace bullying, work-related stress, redundancy, upskilling, salaries and all aspects of the publishing industry and associated creative media, covering both print and digital. Her work has appeared in The Guardian and the publishing industry, including a variety of organisations and Trade Associations. Suzanne is an established public speaker on these topics too, is often used as a contact by the National Media for background research and has been commissioned to write a book on careers in book publishing. She is a fully qualified Careers Adviser (NVQ6) and trades under the name of bookcareers.com, where she advises people on all aspects of their creative careers.
